History
The company was established in New Jersey by Michael R. Fontana. During the
course of his consulting experience gained during his career, the founder
recognized the need to offer services to both small and large clients at
optimized costs with schedules compatible with the clients' needs. After
experiencing the approach of large, traditional consulting firms, the founder
decided to form a consulting firm with a more practical, direct and lower-cost approach
to providing high-quality environmental consulting services.
Founded as a full-service environmental consulting firm in 1992, AquaTek (previously known as AquaSol) became a powerful identity in environmental consulting. Headquartered in Livingston, New Jersey, AquaTek quickly earned a reputation for providing cost-effective solutions to a complex variety of environmental problems.
